We are looking for an entrepreneurial, customer-centric, driven, high-energy customer experience executive to provide customers with a top-notch customer service experience.     

The customer success team is the first point of contact with the customers for event implementation, product training, product support, and event project coordination. The customer success team will work with the internal product team and sales team for successful delivery and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Be a champion in resolving customer issues in a fast, reliable, and timely manner
  • Be a champion in providing trust and reliable event expert consultation to the client
  • Be the point of contact for new and existing customers to provide event consultation and ongoing user support via email, phone, chat, and, face-to-face sessions
  • You will need to develop a deep understanding of our platform and technologies to provide event registration and ticketing expert consultation
  • You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams between sales, product team, and customers for successful event project delivery
  • You will need to provide Live product training to clients via face-to-face meetings or video conferencing to clients in different regions or time zones
  • Guide the customers and pro-actively follow up with them to get the best out of eventnook services for their event success
  • You will need to provide onsite supervisor support on the event day to ensure the events using our product run smoothly and effectively
  • Identify inefficiencies and establish processes and best practices in place
  • Develop product tutorials, help guide, and documentation

Requirements

  • Preferred 2 Years of working experience but fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • Reliable, Dependable, and Meticulous team player
  • Event Project Management Experience will be preferred but not required
  • Preferred someone with project and client management experience
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion to solve customers’ issues
  • Growth mindset, Flexible, Adoptive and Resilient
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and tight deadline
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with internet-based websites and software services

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, customer-centric, driven, high-energy account executive with a solid business acumen who is ready to take the first steps toward business leadership roles at EventNook.   

This role is for individuals with at least 2 years of closing sales experience. To be considered, you must be confident in presenting and pitching EventNook product to different stakeholders and teams from SME and corporate clients; be able to provide consultative sales and offers solutions that suit the best customers' events requirements;  be able to articulate EventNook’s value as applied to different use cases; and have excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound sales inquiries from prospective and existing customers who are interested to learn more about our solution.
  • Be an event product expert in providing trust and reliable consultation to the client
  • You will need to develop a deep understanding of our solution and understand an account’s needs and effectively communicate how EventNook will meet those needs
  • Set up and effectively run Live product demos and face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Ownership of the full sales cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
  • Provide user product training to new users
  • Be the point of contact for existing customers to provide event consultation
  • Build relationships with a variety of existing accounts
  • Accurately forecast pipeline month over month
  • You will need to help and coach junior account executives for effective sales skills and serving the customer with high satisfaction
  • You will need to ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers
  • You will need to serve clients from a various time zone
  • You will need to travel to the region as and when required
  • Meet monthly sales goals and be the CEO of your sales target, prioritizing accounts in a highly strategic fashion

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of quota-carrying sales-related role preferably in B2B SAAS product
  • Event management experience would be plus
  • Growth mindset
  • Driven to hit sales quota target and exceed expectation
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with internet-based websites and software services
  • Previous sales experience will be preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience working within the event industry will be preferred, but not required
